No dissenting voices are allowed. So why did it decline to air or publicize this exchange between Obama and "Cuba's favorite comedian" (of course the Castros decide who holds that distinction, comparable to court jester)? If it was broadcast only online that means that only 2 percent of the Cuban people could have seen it, since the regime severely limits internet connectivity on the island. So what is the point?
